Digital Certificates on OpenCerts and Graduate Verification

Graduate Verification

For alumni who graduated

1. from 2007 onwards, please go to the section below, “Digital Certificates on OpenCerts”, to verify the certificate on the OpenCerts platform.
2. before 2006 or graduates with scroll numbers starting with C, please send an enquiry via Enquiry Form with the following details:
   1. Name (as shown on the diploma)
   2. NRIC/Passport Number/FIN No. (as shown in the diploma)
   3. Date of birth
   4. Course
   5. Year of Graduation
   6. Letter of consent from the graduate
   7. Scroll number (if any)

Digital Certificates on OpenCert 

Singapore Polytechnic (SP) diploma certificates and academic transcripts for graduates from Semester 1 of the 2006/2007 academic year onwards (i.e., Graduation Ceremony from May 2007 onwards) are available on OpenCerts, a secure blockchain-based platform. A copy of your digital certificate will also be uploaded to your MySkillsFuture Skills Passport, a secure repository for documenting skills, certificates, and licences.

These platforms, developed by the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) and SkillsFuture Singapore, can be accessed via Singpass > MySkillsFuture app on your mobile device.
