Use PSEA funds to make course fee payment, including supplementary fees, for Part-Time Diplomas and Post-Diplomas, SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes and Short & Modular Courses with SSG Funding.

| First time submission | 1. Please refer to the guide here on how to setup your PSEA Standing Order via Student Finance System here. a) If you are above 21 years old as of today, please submit the application using your Singpass. b) If you are below 21 years old, a parent or legal guardian must submit the application on your behalf. c) If you are using your sibling’s PSEA and your sibling is below 21 years old, a parent or legal guardian must submit the application on behalf of your sibling(s). 2. After submission, please declare that you will be using your PSEA funds/your sibling’s PSEA funds in STEP Student Portal > Task > Pay > Choose “Post-Secondary Education Account (Standing Order form)”. 3. Enter the amount you wish to offset using your or your sibling’s PSEA funds. 4. Click “Submit”.

Subsequent submissions | 1. Please declare that you will be using your PSEA/your siblings’ funds in STEP Student Portal > Task > Pay > choose “Post-Secondary Education Account (Standing Order form).” 2. Enter the amount you wish to offset using you or your sibling’s PSEA funds. 3. Tick “I have previously established a Post-Secondary Education Account (standing order) with the Ministry of Education”. 4. Click “Submit”.

Outcome
The processing time for the PSEA application will take around 4 to 6 weeks after the date of course commencement. Account holders will receive a letter from MOE informing them of the outcome of their standing order application by then.
